From Raw Reviews to Actionable Strategy

How a 1-Week "Agent Discovery Sprint" turned public customer feedback into a validated plan for an AI-powered insights dashboard. We assessed the data, designed the AI agent architecture, and delivered a tangible vision for a tool that acts as a "silent business partner."

"This is exactly what we needed. It's not just charts; it's a silent business partner. The dashboard is our Monday morning check-in, and the deep-dive is perfect for our franchisee calls."

Our Process: The Discovery Sprint

1

Aligning on Business Needs

Our process began with a collaborative workshop to pinpoint the most valuable problem to solve. We worked with the client to define their core business questions, crystallizing their key needs: identifying red flags early, understanding performance gaps, and generating actionable insights for store managers.

2

Finding the Gold in the Data

To validate the project's technical feasibility, we analyzed thousands of public reviews for the 25 scoped locations. This data-first approach confirmed the reviews were a rich source for insights, allowing us to identify initial patterns—like the "overheated coffee" issue—and create key data visualizations that immediately demonstrated value.

3

Visualizing the Solution

To make the abstract solution tangible and exciting, we created high-fidelity, interactive wireframes of the proposed application. By populating these dashboards with real data and insights, we built a prototype that allowed the client to see and feel the final product before the build even began.

4

From Plan to Proposal

To provide a clear and professional path forward, we consolidated our findings into a comprehensive set of formal documents. We delivered a final Technical Feasibility Report and a detailed Statement of Work (SOW), which gave the client the confidence to grant immediate approval for the pilot project.
